During the spring of 2021 we partnered with the Portland Trailblazers to create a collaboration beer. After the beer name and liquid were decided it was my responsibility to create its packaging. Working tightly with the Blazers’ brand team we created a flannel design to honor the origin of the RipCity team nickname coined in 1977. In addition to the historical tie-in, this beer offers interactive elements in the way of 2 randomized can designs and a fun game on the bottom of the carton.
